Accessibility

The Unimatica S.p.A website was created so that services and information included can be accessed by any potential client independently of subjective and objective conditions, eliminating any restrictions posed by technological barriers or other facilities.

In compliance with the advice given by WAI, the information included in the web page is independent from its graphic representation. This allows information access and employment of a wide range of specific tools, as well as the most used browsers.

In terms of the choice of colours, in order to simplify the use for the visually impaired, we took into account the colour contrast algorithm suggested by W3C as well as giving the user the possibility to set their own preferences with respect to colours, text dimensions and screen width. We also allowed the user to choose a different graphic visualization featuring a simplified structure, with a higher colour contrast compared to standard graphics, and text options offering a choice of colours/backgrounds that would benefit visually impaired users.

In order to implement this kind of visualization it is necessary to have javascript and to enable the site www.unimaticaspa.it to receive cookies. This setting can be selected among the icons featured on the top right-hand side of each web page or from the following menu:
