Organisation

Unimatica's technical infrastructure consists of independent and interoperating operational units:

the SOFTWARE FACTORY is in charge of designing and creating software solutions required by the contractor or by the company providing the service
The SERVER FARM (including Data Centres spread across the regions) is used to supply internal ICT company services as well as outsourcing, ASP and BPO services that constitute the company's offer.
The HELP DESK and the CONTACT-CENTER support all company activities and services provided in ASP, Outsourcing and BPO modes.
The SYSTEM-SERVICE is the system's management server supporting internal and clients' technical infrastructures.
The SYSTEM-TEST and QUALITY CONTROL (QC) tests verifies all UNIMATICA's applications and services and performs all non-regression tests when new versions of ICT products are released
SERVICE & PRODUCT PROVISIONING (SPP) supervises service provision and the distribution of UNIMATICA IT products.
