UNIMATICA's main customers are private and public organisations of great importance: The University of Bologna, The Universities IUAV and Cà Foscari of Venice, and other ten universities distributed all over Italy, Intesa San Paolo, the 'Emilia Romagna Banking Group, Lombardia Regional Authority, the Municipal Authorities of Turin, Bologna, Florence, Venice, Rimini and Cremona, the Provincial Authorities of Bologna, Modena, Rimini, Bolzano, Salerno, Vicenza and Pordenone.

UNIMATICA is also the technological partner of some important Italian consortiums: the Consortium of Municipal Authorities of the Province of Bolzano (GVCC), which has more than 130 local administrations and the DocArea Consortium, which includes the Emilia Romagna Regional Authority and all the local administrations in the Emilia-Romagna region.

UNIMATICA also operates as a technological partner for the creation of high quality innovative information systems, based on digital signature, transaction security and digital documents management and recording.
