Polo Archivistico of the Provincial Authority of Bolzano - E-document archiving services center for all the local Regional Public Administrations

Unimatica S.p.A. will provide Informatica Alto Adige S.p.A. with full technical support and the services required for the installation and set-up of the new Polo Archivistico Provinciale dell’A lto Adige. This new facility is being established to provide archiving and storage services for all the documents generated by Alto Adige’s Local Administrations. Service users will therefore all be public administrations, namely: the Autonomous Provincial Authority of Bolzano and related authorities, the Municipal Authority of Bolzano and all the municipal authorities in the province, as well as Alto Adige Local Health Authority.  The software for DIGITPA ¹-compliant services for filing and storage of digital documents is the Unimatica's UNISTORAGE system, already used by a great number of leading Italian bodies and regional authorities. The service will be used for all administrative documents and will be gradually extended to technical and medical and healthcare records.
