The new shareholding structure is as follows: 15% University of Bologna (Fondazione Alma Mater), 25% Intesa Sanpaolo Group (Infogroup S.c.p.A.), 31% RGI S.p.A. and 29% Worksys S.p.A. In order to better satisfy the company’s requirements and expected growth, Unimatica’s Board of Directors has been enlarged to 7 members. Mr. Silvano Ghedini (the company’s Managing Director), Mr. Giampaolo Moscati (Unimatica’s new Chairman), Mr. Pierluigi Curcuruto (COO and Manager of Intesa Sanpaolo’s IT Systems Division) and Mr. Pierantonio Natali are now assisted by Mr. Vito Rocca (currently MD of RGI), Mr. Alfredo Quazzo and Mr. Claudio Fornaro (of Intesa Sanpaolo’s Organisations Division).  Mr. Giuseppe Rogantini Picco, a Florentine with extensive and consolidated experience, particularly in companies operating in the financial and banking services sector, continues to chair the Board of Auditors
