Demonstrative Products
Unimatica S.p.A. grants, not exclusively and free of charge, the Use License for the use of a demonstrative version of the downloaded Products of this site. Such Use License is free of charge and is granted for a period of 30 days, since installation. Once the period is expired, the downloaded Product will cease to work. In order to continue using it, you will need to buy from Unimatica S.p.A. a full Use License.
Some Products can be downloaded by the user and they are in a demonstration version and free of charge. The User does not have any further burden during the probational period. The User of the Product cannot re-give a license, neither free of charge, for the product under its own name or sell it to third parties.
Unimatica S.p.A. guarantees exclusively that the Products downloaded from this site can perform the operations described in the documentation enclosed with the product itself. Such Guarantee is not valid in case of malfunctions of the Product due to external causes and not depending on Unimatica S.p.A. Also in case of original faults, Unimatica S.p.A. is not bound to replace nor repair the Product in its demonstration version, excluding any other obbligation or responsibility.
Unimatica S.p.A. is not responsible for direct or indirect damage subjected to the User or Third Parties, as a consequence of the use or failed use of the Product downloaded from the site.
