Demo products

Unimatica S.p.A. grants non-exclusive and free License for Use of a demo version of the Products that can be downloaded from this website. Said License for Use is granted free of charge for a period not exceeding 30 days, starting from the time of installation. At the expiry of this period the downloaded Product will cease to function, and to continue using it it will be necessary to purchase a Full License for Use from Unimatica S.p.A. .
The Products that can be downloaded by the user are supplied as a demo version as is and can be freely used without any additional duty of the User during the trial period. The Product User cannot, even free of charge, sub-license the product or sell it to third parties.

Unimatica S.p.A. only guarantees that the products that can be downloaded from this website are able to perform the operations envisaged and described in the documentation enclosed with the product itself. This Guarantee does not apply in case of malfunctioning of the Product due to external causes and independent of it as supplied by Unimatica S.p.A. . Even in the event of inherent or sudden defects, Unimatica S.p.A. is not required to replace or repair the demo version of a Product, hereby excluding any other obligation or liability.
Unimatica S.p.A. is not liable for any direct or indirect damage suffered by the User or by third parties as a result of the use or non-use of the Product downloaded from the website.
