UNINOTIFICHE

The Service is developed in J2EE architecture as a Web-based application and can be easily interfaced by any subsystem capable of integrating with SOAP WebServices or REST services.

Unimatica has integrated the UNINOTIFICHE service with its other application platforms, generating additional value.

Services provided by Unimatica that benefit from UniNotifiche include:

• Payment orders (SIOPE+) made by Public Entities (notification to the Treasury Bank).
• Collaboration scenarios to confirm, move or cancel appointments (e.g., exams in university or remote meetings for mediations or meetings).
• Guided processes that collect and produce documents, returned to ERP applications with real-time dialogue via WS API.
• The confirmation, shifting or cancellation of medical visits and/or collection of diagnostic reports.
• The standardized sending of electronic invoices or courtesy copies of them.
• The service notifications regarding the management of practices with complex processes (for the benefit of document workflows)
• The issuance and notification of expiration of a collection bond or pagoPA notice, including to AppIOs
• The result of a payment transaction or the pagoPA Telematic Receipt
• Notifications for legal use, via SEND (formerly PND)

Il servizio, normalmente erogato in modalità SaaS (Software as a Service) è completamente configurabile in base alle specifiche esigenze dell’azienda che effettua le spedizioni (mittente).

 Ad esempio, l’invio del messaggio, mediante uno o più dei canali trasmissivi precedentemente indicati, può essere effettuato in tempo reale per ciascun evento o documento o messaggio di notifica, oppure può essere effettuato in modo massivo in base ad una determinata pianificazione temporale, sfruttando le fasce orarie in cui i canali trasmissivi sono meno utilizzati.

L’invio può essere effettuato in automatico in un determinato istante del ciclo di vita del documento o della pratica. 

I messaggi che, come detto, sono legati a specifici eventi applicativi, vengono preparati a partire da regole e modelli (template) concordati con l’azienda che deve effettuare le spedizioni. Durante la fase di preparazione del messaggio vengono immessi i dati correnti e si ottiene il messaggio finale, completamente profilato in termini di Destinatari, Oggetto, Contenuto, Allegati, Canale trasmissivo, ecc....
