This document, available for download in PDF format, describes the methods for processing the personal information of users and visitors as applied to the websites owned by Unimatica S.p.A.

The information includes the Provision of 8 May 2014 of the Guarantor for the protection of personal information regarding the use of cookies.
The information is also provided pursuant to article 13 of Italian Legislative Decree number 196/2003 - Code regarding the protection of personal information - for those who interact with the web services of Unimatica S.p.A. for the protection of personal information.

The notice is also based on Recommendation number 2/2001 that the European authorities for the protection of personal information - gathered in the group established by article 29 of Directive number 95/46/EC - adopted on 17 May 2001 to identify certain minimum requirements for the collection of personal information online, and, in particular, the methods, timing and nature of the information that the data controllers must provide to users when they connect to web pages, regardless of the purpose for the connection.
