Certifications, Accreditations and Transparency.

In order to guarantee products and services characterized by high levels of quality and safety, UNIMATICA haa a certified Management System that has evolved over time keeping it aligned with the regulations and standards of the sector.

The application of the principles and procedures defined in UNIMATICA's Integrated Management System (IMS) enables the company to:

  • regularly provide products and services that comply with customer requirements and the requirements of applicable laws and regulations; 
  • continuously increase customer satisfaction through the effective application of the system and continuous improvement processes; ensure the Confidentiality, Integrity and Availability (RID) of information pertaining to the products and services provided, in full compliance with regulations relating to Privacy. 
  • guarantee the transparency of communications to customers, suppliers and company collaborators, including through the dissemination of the policy and objectives of its management system.


Unimatica's Integrated Management System is composed of the harmonization of the following systems:

  • Quality Management System (ISO 9001:2015 certification). 
  • Information Security Management System (ISO/IEC 27001:2013 certification). 
  • Certification Extension for Information Security for Cloud Services (ISO/IEC 27017:2015). 
  • Certification Extension for Protection of Personally Identifiable Information (PII) in Public Cloud Services for Cloud Providers (ISO/IEC 27018:2019). 
  • Certification extension for a Privacy Management System (ISO/IEC 27701:2019 certification).
  • Environmental Management System (ISO 14001:2015 certification)
  • Management Systems for the Prevention of Corruption (UNI ISO 37001:2016 certification) (in accordance with the Conservation Guidelines)
  • Compliant Preservation Management System (AGID/ACCREDIA certification, compliant with Article 24 of Regulation (EU) 910/2014 eIDAS (until repealed).
